BIRP (USA based): is a monthly compilation of +100 tracks that are free to stream / download. They’re also available on a number of other services like Spotify, Soundcloud, Apple Music, YouTube, Deezer, etc. In addition to the monthly playlist, BIRP runs an in-site blog devoted to new music as well as acting as a hub for a growing community of people that love to share and talk about music.
Indiemono: One of the largest independent playlist curators on Spotify, although they feature on other streaming services. Submission is free, however, they do not give feedback because of the large number of tracks they receive. They have many playlists covering all the genres, so ensure you browse and listen to them to make sure you have selected the right one for your music.
Indie Music Women has a Spotify playlist specialising in female independent artists. Submissions.
Richer Unsigned: Not for profit and specifically designed to support emerging artists, Richer Unsigned was set up by Richer Sounds ( a retailer owned by its employees). Music can be submitted for their playlists, to get promotion on thier website, streaming services and in their stores.
